Milan Račić, a former aerospace manufacturing executive in Canada (Bombardier), the United States and Germany (Fairchild Dornier), joins Gideon Brothers as Chief Growth Officer and as a Co-Founder. He has extensive experience in a number of international companies as an executive, board member, and a partner, focusing on business development, crisis management, finance and M&A. At Gideon Brothers, Račić will be in charge of all sales and marketing.
Račić comes from an aerospace manufacturing background in Canada (Bombardier), the United States and Germany (Fairchild Dornier) where he negotiated over $2 billion in sales, corporate finance and structured finance transactions.
At Fairchild Dornier, he was Vice President & General Counsel, as well as a Board member and corporate officer, where his responsibilities included transaction structuring and supervision of sales as well as of all corporate and structured finance activity.
More recently, he served as CEO of LoadFactor Equity Group LLC, LoadFactor Consulting Group LLC and Indium d.o.o. In his role as a LoadFactor Equity CEO and partner, Račić focused on equity and debt sourcing, restructuring, and managing companies in emerging markets. He structured a €100 million real estate development fund. In LoadFactor Consulting he provided strategic advice, counsel and other services in aerospace, crisis management and workouts, M&A, and litigation support, as well as business development, structuring and management. In his role as CEO of Croatian-based Indium d.o.o., he focused on a similar span of consulting services, from business development and structuring to crisis management and M&A.
Gideon Brothers’ new Chief Growth Officer holds a Masters in International Law from McGill University, earned after a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from University of Toronto, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Manitoba. He was admitted to the bars of New York and Massachusetts.
